Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled programme date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date may be eligible for rescheduling subject to availability, but refunds will not be provided.

crater-oryx reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programmes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the website for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. The website may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those specifically endorsed or approved by us.
